The SustMeme Big Six package features a series of 30-minute one-on-one interviews, conducted by the Editor of SustMeme, Jim McClelland and promoted in association with a Sponsor Partner.
The classic format is for a 6-part series of pre-recorded video interviews. These can be released to the public in one of two ways: either all at once, as a complete season of episodes; or one at a time, at daily or weekly intervals.
The suggested content programme is as follows:
1. Series, Schedule & Speakers
- Episode #1 — 1st Sponsor Spokesperson — introduces series themes and talks through the issues;
- Episodes #2-#5 — Guest Speakers (x4) — each interviewed on key topics to explore their ideas, plus offer analysis;
- Episode #6 — 2nd Sponsor Spokesperson — looks back on the series, to pick out some interview highlights and insights.
As with the our live webcast events, the team at SustMeme usually does all the heavy lifting in terms of the content plan.
Firstly, we create the overall series concept, main themes and synopses, drafted in close liaison with the Sponsor.
Then we drill down into the details of the individual Guest Speaker interviews.
Next, working to an agreed strategy, we draw on our extensive event experience and wealth of contacts to identify and invite those external speakers. We devise the questions, plus agree the timings.
Finally, we run a brief technical test in advance of each recording, to check audio and visual set-ups. Then, on the day, Founder & Editor of SustMeme Jim McClelland conducts the interview.
The popular Zoom platform would typically be employed by SustMeme for the video interviews and recording, although Sponsors are welcome to propose their own alternative.
